Have you heard that it’s time for Christmas in July?! This is my first ever Christmas in July event, and I’m trying it out because I know many of you like to work ahead on your holiday projects. Our Holiday Catalog is being mailed out as we speak, and I’ve had my holiday pre-order in hand for a few weeks now. Now…I’m absolutely not ready for Christmas to happen yet, but I’m always in the mood for some fun Christmas craft projects 🙂 So let’s get started with today’s vintage Christmas cards featuring my favorite Stampin Up tree punch!
Flowers For Every Season DSP
These cards feature two paper prints from our new Flowers For Every Season designer paper pack. I was really excited to see Christmas and winter prints included, and then someone reminded me that the pack is called Flowers For Every Season. Well duh, lol.
The Pine Tree Punch
This Stampin Up tree punch, which is actually called the Pine Tree Punch, along with the coordinating Perfectly Plaid stamp set, is one of my favorite sets of all time. I used these for a ton of projects last year, and you can see many of these projects here. It is a perfect pair to create quick, simple, and beautiful projects.
Creating the Vintage Look
To create the aged look on this card, I used a sponge and Crumb Cake ink around the edges of each paper piece. That’s it…quick and easy!
