Quite Curvy Card Tutorial Instructions
You can first prep the base of your card by cutting the decorative edge using the Curvy dies, then embossing it with the Tasteful Textile embossing folder. Next, use a sponge and Crumb Cake ink to create an aged look to your card.
After you’ve sponged the card, stamp the flowers, bird, and greeting using Smoky Slate and Highland Heather inks. Then use a Water Painter with Just Jade, Melon Mambo, Highland Heather, and Smoky Slate inks to add color. Cut the images using the Curvy dies and trim the greeting by hand.
For the inside of the card, I stamped the greeting “Hooray for You!” onto the prepped white cardstock. Attach to the inside of the card base.
Next, assemble the outside of the card. Grab the prepared pieces, Forever Greenery Trim and the greeting. Use your creativity to adhere trim in a “messy” way — just play with it until you like it! Build the flowers, bird stamp and greeting using dimensionals on top of the trim.
Lastly, embellish with pearls!
I love the curves of this card — they make it look so elegant and flow so nicely! I hope you enjoyed making this lovely card using Stampin Up’s Quite Curvy special release products as much as I did!
