Can you believe it’s Day 9 of my 12 days of DIY Gift Ideas already? Time is flying by and today I have the perfect hostess or girlfriends gift — a DIY Wine tag! Wine is always an easy gift to give someone, and I have a special way to jazz up that perfect gift to make it even more special and personal. Keep reading and I’ll show you exactly how to make this beautiful snowflake wine tag.

DIY Wine Tag Instructions

First, prepare 2 1/2″ x 8″ cardstock scored at 2 1/4″ according to the video directions. Next, adhere specialty paper to front of base cardstock. Adorn with snowflake cutout made with Stampin Up’s Snowflake Wishes stamp set and coordinating dies. Finish with ribbon and a Christmas greeting.
