If I’m guessing, I’m going to guess that you have A LOT of paper scraps in your craft collection. Am I right? I know from past tutorials, that you love ideas for using up your paper scraps, and that’s what I’m going to share today. Let’s take a look at four paper scrap card ideas which I’ve decorated with the adorable Stampin Up Humble Home bundle!

Before we get to the cards and tutorial, I want to show you this adorable Humble Home bundle. It has a lot of uses through all the seasons and for many different occasions. I love that it comes with a punch!

Scrap Card Ideas
Here are these four cute ideas.
Card 1
For this card, I used scraps of various widths and lengths to create a simple background.
Card 2
I created a very simple ‘shiplap’ type background for this one using horizontal strips.
Card 3
For this card, I used a similar idea to Card 2, but I alternated paper patterns along with varied spacing between them.
Card 4
Here’s another one with a fun diagonal background. Some of the strips are 1″ in width and some are 1/2″ wide. I mounted them onto Crumb Cake cardstock, and I love how it turned out. What do you think about my non-traditional Christmas card colors? This could definitely be made with red to be more traditional.
