Do you have a huge collection of beautiful papers that you need to use up? Do you like simple card making ideas? In this video I’m sharing a one sheet wonder template. What does that mean? I’ll show you how to use one 12″x12″ sheet of designer paper and trim it down to make pieces for 11 beautiful cards. Follow along and create these beautiful cards!

Here you can see the diagram for how to cut your piece of paper. I explain the measurements in the video.

Card Samples
Below are the cards I created, along with the measurements to make them. The abbreviation DSP means designer series paper, or the printed paper that is the highlight of these cards. All cards use a card base that measures 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and is folded in the center at 4 1/4″.
Card 1
3″ x 5″ DSP cut diagonally
3 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ cardstock cut diagonally

Card 2
3″ x 5″ DSP
2 cardstock strips measuring 3/4″ x 5″

Card 3
4″ x 5 1/2″ DSP
2 cardstock strips measuring 3/4″ x 5 1/2″

Card 4
3″ x 4″ DSP
3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ cardstock

Card 5
3 – 1″ x 3″ DSP
3 – 1 1/8″ x 3 1/8″ cardstock

Card 6
4″ x 5 1/4″ DSP cut diagonally
3/4″ x 6″ cardstock, trimmed on corners

Card 7
4″ x 5 1/4″ DSP cut diagonally
4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ cardstock, cut diagonally

Card 8
3 – 1/2″ x 5″ DSP
1 3/4″ x 5 1/8″ cardstock

Card 9
2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ DSP
2 5/8″ x 4 5/8″ cardstock

Card 10
DSP: 2″ x 2 1/2″, 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″, 2″ x 3″
Cardstock: 2 1/8″ x 2 5/8″, 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″, 2 1/8″ x 3 1/8″

Card 11
DSP: 1 1/4″ x 4″, 3″ x 3″
Cardstock: 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″
