Winter Sheltering Tree Card

18 Jan

I don’t know about where you live, but it’s finally wintertime here in Ohio! We had been experiencing some strange spring-like temperatures through Christmas. In fact, I had a hyacinth blooming in my yard in late November/early December! Many of my other bulbs have come up too, and now they’re being subjected to freezing temperatures and snow! In honor of the cold and snow I put together a winter sheltering tree card for all of you today!

Winter Sheltering Tree Card using the Sheltering Tree and Cottage Greetings stamp sets

This card was very easy to create. In fact, I’m teaching a beginner cardmaking class at our local library later this week, and this is one of the cards we will make. I stamped the tree in black first, added the snow and snowy leaves next, and then stamped the greeting in black.

I love the Sheltering Tree stamp set because you can make cards for all seasons and occasions. Click here to see some examples.

I want to hear…what’s the weather like where you’re at? Cold and snowy? Warm and sunny? Somewhere in between?

Use the links below to see the products I used and start your shopping. Use hostess code MMMZNT69 when you order and I will send you a free gift! Even better, sign up for stamp club and you will get free projects and free stamps!

This is a beautiful card Anna. And yet another great use for the Sheltering Tree stamp. I don’t think we will ever run out of uses for this set. Thanks for sharing.
