Today’s posts are going to make a lot of fuss about this little guy below. Meet our Vintage Crochet Trim. Isn’t it beautiful? It looks nice in the photo, but in person it’s even more gorgeous.
Before I get to my new project for today, below is a scrapbook page I made a few weeks ago featuring the Vintage Crochet trim, Spooky Night designer paper, and that amazing Cat Punch. Spoiler alert: if you like the Cat Punch, make sure you stop back tomorrow, because we will be featuring it for our blog hop!
Now, here is today’s new project that I made with the Vintage Crochet Trim and the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set. Lately, every time I have seen a black and white card, I’ve told myself I need to make one. Check that one off the list!
Being black, the Vintage Crochet Trim is obviously great for Halloween projects. Stop back tomorrow, and you’ll get to see it on my Halloween project featuring our Test Tube treat holders. For today, I wanted to put it on something other than a Halloween project. I decided to step outside of my crafting box, and make a black and white Christmas card.
It’s unfortunate that it’s really hard to see the crochet trim in these pictures. I used it above and below the long white strip with small snowflakes. It’s gorgeous in person, but hard to see in the pictures.
What do you think about the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set? I think I’m in love. These snowflakes are gorgeous, and the sentiments are lovely as well. Below you can see the inside of the card.
