Welcome stampers! It’s great to have you here. It’s been a little bit since I’ve shared a tutorial for creating a lot of cards at one time, so I decided to create another of this type of post featuring the lovely new Stampin Up Enchanted Butterfly stamp set. These are pretty, yet simple cards, and would make nice additions to your card collection!
Stampin Up Enchanted Butterfly
Here are the stamp sets I used for these cards. The Enchanted Butterfly set is a Reversibles set, which means you can stamp first with one side for the detail, and then flip the stamp over and stamp again to fill it in. These sets are really fun to use! I also used the Wonderful Thoughts set for the greetings.
Saving Time When Mass Producing
I shared quite a few tips in today’s video, but here are a few highlights:
-Score a full piece of cardstock first, then cut it into two card bases
-Loosely fold cards, then stack them together and use the bone folder once on top of all of them
-Save cuts by doing a bit of math before cutting
-Emboss two pieces of cardstock at one time
-Lay all pieces out at one time for stamping, applying adhesive, etc.
-Use glue instead of tape to save time!
-Use the Take Your Pick tool to apply dimensionals and remove the paper backing
There’s so much more in the video!

I love watching your tutorials. You make it look easy and you are straight forward. I am just returning to card making…and wonder if you know where i could get stamps and dies with scarab beetles. I have an idea for a card and it takes me forever to cut one out because i shake so much

Hi Jeannee, I’m glad you’re enjoying my tutorials! I apologize, but I’m not aware of stamps with scarab beetles on them.
