I hope you’ve heard that the new Stampin Up Mini Catalog has been released! It is wildly popular, and it’s exciting that my customers are as excited as I am! The new catalog includes amazing products as well as a few changes from past catalogs, so I thought it would be fun to walk through it today and I’ll share some of these changes with you! You can see an online PDF of the catalog here or if you want your very own hard copy to see and flip through a few (hundred) times, just place an order of any size in my online store and I’ll send you one with your thank you package! Ok, let’s get started with our Stampin Up Catalog Tour!
First, here you can see the vibrant catalog cover, featuring our Peaceful Poppies suite of products. Gorgeous!
Opening the cover, you will find a message from our cofounder, Shelli Gardner. I always love to read these messages.
Next, you’ll see a very popular addition which was new in this year’s Annual Catalog – the Bundle summary page. Here you can see highlights of the bundles in this catalog along with some project samples you won’t find elsewhere!
Beginning on page 8, you will find our first product suite – From My Heart. Our product suites are so much fun. It’s great to be able to order a collection of products that all coordinate, and with one ordering number (see summary in the center of the layout), it makes it quick and easy to get all the supplies you need for coordinating projects!
When looking at a product suite, if you flip over to the back side of the first layout, you’ll see more detailed images for the stamp set and bundle package. Stamp set images are always shown at full size unless otherwise noted!
In addition to product suites, you’ll find a lot of ‘independent’ products throughout the catalog along with gorgeous sample projects made with them.
Kits begin on page 58. First, our Paper Pumpkin subscription kit is highligted, followed by the Three Cheers For You all-inclusive kit for all-occasion cards. We have one more kit, followed by the Botanical Prints Product Medley on page 61. Check it out! This medley includes exclusive products not available elsewhere. They are so unique and gorgeous. Make sure to check out the metal bee embellishments! I had a few demonstrators on my team who decided to order this kit when they saw those bees!
Throughout the catalog, pay attention to ‘Tips’ which will give you handy ideas for making amazing craft projects!
Would you like to know my absolute favorite part of the catalog? The project samples of course! Take a look at these amazing samples from the Birthday Bonanza Product Suite. So cute! Even if you don’t copy the ideas in the catalog exactly, they’re awesome for inspiration.
The back of the catalog includes new sections highlighting creative ways to use kit stamp sets (pg. 62-3), using product suite items in unique ways (pg. 64-5), and using one idea for various types of projects (pg. 66-7). How awesome that SU gave us a few more pages full of ideas!
This next new catalog section made me almost squeal when I saw it…the visual catalog index, located on pages 69-71. Every product contained on three pages along with a picture, item number, and page number for each?!? Hallelujah! This has already saved me so much time when I’m looking for a specific item!
The host exclusive stamp set on page 73 is called Make a Splash, and that it does! It includes a fish bowl, crab, a few different fish, and the makings for cute fish bowl scenes. My Make a Splash set is ordered and on it’s way to me and I can’t wait to start creating with it!
