I’m a lucky lady. I got back a few days ago from my all expense paid incentive trip to Newport Beach, California, compliments of Stampin’ Up! I’m not used to free airfare, fancy hotels and complimentary gifts but I will say that I could get used to them pretty quickly! To any demonstrators out there, or any of you who might consider becoming one, there are so many opportunities for success and rewards through Stampin’ Up! and free trips are one of the best!
I wanted to share some (actually a lot) of pictures from my trip. Here is one of me and my friend Laura who went with me. She introduced herself as the ‘lucky friend’ to the other people on the trip. I think she owes me a free trip back!! Just kidding, I was glad to be able to take her.
We stayed at the Marriott hotel in Newport Beach. It was really nice.
Each night I received a gift. Here are pictures of two of them. I forgot to take a picture of the adorable tote bag I received.
On the first day we made our way to Balboa Island and then took a ferry over to the peninsula. We had ice cream sundaes at the Ruby’s restaurant at the end of the pier. Ice cream surrounded by the ocean…this is rough.
That evening we had a dinner group and I was excited to find out that Sara Douglass, the interim CEO of Stampin’ Up! and her husband were in our group! Sara’s husband also works for the company as the leader for the creative team that comes up with all of our amazing products. It was really interesting talking with both of them.
The next day we rented a car. We knew that traffic was crazy but we were feeling adventurous. We were almost in accidents only about 3 times.
On Day 2 we decided to take a ‘grown up kid trip’ to Disneyland! I’m not a crazy obsessed Disney lover, but just walking into the place made us all happy and giddy inside. We rode some rides, watched a couple of shows and ate some great food. FYI- if you ever visit Disnleyland you HAVE to watch the comedy show at the Golden Horseshoe restaurant. It was absolutely hilarious. Seriously. Hilarious family friendly fun.
On the third day we met up with my cousin who lives nearby in Huntington Beach. We rode bikes to the beach, got some food and walked around on the pier.
That evening we made our way down to Laguna Beach where the shoreline is rocky. We got some food at the Beachcomer which seemed to be a popular place, and then headed back to the hotel to pack up and leave the next morning.
It was a great trip! Thanks so much to my wonderful customers and team members who helped me earn the trip. I’ve set my sights on earning the grand vacation cruise to Thailand next year. I’m going to be working hard to earn it, and I would love to work along with anyone who wants to join my team as either a hobbyist or to really earn income and success. Learn more here.
If you need to order, visit my online store here. Use hostess code MUYP9EGY and I will send you a free gift! Even better, sign up for stamp club and you will get free projects and free stamps!
