I was super excited to win my first stamping challenge last week! This Remarkable You Anniversary Card was my winning entry. Check my card out here on the Winners Circle page.
Now on to my project for this week’s TGIF challenge. It’s an inspiration challenge this week, and here is the inspiration I had to work with.
When I saw those flowers, I immediately thought of our Flower Patch stamp set and coordinating dies. I grabbed some colors that were similar to those in the picture above and got to work. The colors I used were Rose Red, Hello Honey and Old Olive. I never would have paired these colors together on my own, but I love the combo! Here is my flower garden card:
After I stamped the flowers, I embossed it using the Honeycomb embossing folder. Then I stamped more of the Rose Red flowers on a separate piece of cardstock. I cut them out using the coordinating dies and placed them on top of the embossed piece using dimensionals to pop them up. Then I added two metal rimmed pearls and some dazzling details glitter on the flower petals. Ta-da!

This turned out so FUN! I love how you added the glitter to some of the petals. Thanks for playing along at #TGIFC this week.
