Hi everyone! Happy Monday! You know what’s good for a Monday? A quick and easy card idea. Even better, I’m sharing a quick and easy Christmas Card idea that you could mass produce in no time at all for all those people on your card list. It features the gorgeous Night in Bethlehem stamp set and the quick and easy baby wipe technique.
This card was so easy to make. I stamped the greeting with Fresh Fig ink, then used the baby wipe technique to stamp the town and star. If you’re not familiar with the baby wipe technique, you place a baby wipe that has dried out some onto a disposable plate and use ink refills to add drops of color. You can see the idea below, but for this card I used Cajun Craze, Soft Suede, and Fresh Fig inks.
After you get a large enough area of the baby wipe covered to ink your stamp, you simply use it as your ink pad. For the city, I inked the stamp once, stamped, re-inked it and stamped a second time, then stamped twice more without re-inking to get the faded effect.
These would be extremely easy to make LOTS of cards in just a short time! Good luck!

Beautiful! The colors are fantastic. I feel as though I am viewing it from a distance.

This card is beautiful! I never thought of using a baby wipe that way.
My favorite of all is the card using the three kings where you applied blue indigo to the card base.
