Can you believe that fall is already approaching? I don’t know about you, but I say bring it on! Bring on fall! I am so over this year’s spring/summer and everything that has been happening. I hope better times are ahead, and I choose to believe they are. Fall is my absolute favorite, and I’m really looking forward to it. Today I have some fall preview projects to share including a pumpkin scrapbook page and an apple card, both made with the Stampin Up Harvest Hellos stamp set. Take a look!
The Harvest Hellos stamp set and the coordinating Apple Builder Punch were released last year, and I crafted like crazy with them. You can see an assortment of projects I made here. Today I wanted to make a cute scrapbook page using our new Gilded Autumn designer series paper. Take a better look at it below.
Aren’t these pumpkins just adorable? The prints in this paper pack are gorgeous! Here is a close up of the pumpkin scrapbook page.
See the pumpkin on the top right in the photo above? The print I used for it was white with foil accents. I wanted it to be orange, so I just laid it onto my Pumpkin Pie ink pad and pressed down until the entire area was inked. This is a great way to get more use out of your designer papers, by making them the colors you want.
Now let’s look at the card. I used four different prints from the Plaid Tidings paper pack. I realize it is a lot of plaid on one card, but I think it works!
Who doesn’t love apples?! This set is absolutely perfect for teacher cards and gifts, but you can use it for so much more!
Watch along below as I share how to make these projects!
