Stampin Up Tombstone Boxes – 5 Ways To Use For Halloween!

2 Oct

Happy Word Card Making Day! I have some special card making challenges planned, and I hope you’ll join in with my Facebook group fun all day long. October is here, and soon it will be time to think about Halloween treats and decorations. I have a super fun product to share today that will make your treats and decorations come together in a snap, and it’s the Stampin Up Tombstone Treat Boxes, which are part of this year’s Holiday Catalog. These make it SO quick and easy to make fun Halloween projects, and today I want to share 5 different ways to use them!

Stampin Up Tombstone Treat Boxes

These cute boxes come prepared and ready-to-use, except that they are laying flat. To assemble them, simply remove paper backing from the two adhesive strips, then fold and adhere. I share how to do this in the video in the next section, but it’s so easy you won’t even need my instructions. Below you can see some of the ways I used these fun boxes.

5 Ways To Use Stampin Up Tombstone Treat Boxes

Ok, let me share the five ways I came up with to use these boxes!

1. Fill With Treats And Decorate

This is so quick and easy!

Products used to decorate: Essential Tag Punch, Cutest Halloween and Banner Year stamp sets, Cute Halloween designer paper

2. Create A Window

When the boxes are still laying flat, use a die and your die cutting machine to create a window in the front. Use a piece of window sheet to close the opening and hold the treats inside.

Products used to decorate: Frightful Tags dies, Cute Halloween designer paper, Cutest Halloween stamp set

3. Make A Lantern

As with the project above, create a die cut opening in the front, then use a piece of vellum behind the opening. Decorate as desired, and place a battery-operated tealight inside.

4. Cute Decorations

Because the boxes sit up on their own, they make cute decorations all by themselves!

5. Make a Banner!

I love this idea. Just punch a hole in the top of each box, string them together with a ribbon, and decorate!

First of all, I would like to highlight that these stamped tombstone boxes look so original and unique, diving you into this atmosphere of Halloween. Secondly I would like to say that before this moment i hadn’t been aware of the fact that there are such different fascinating ways of using it. All these options are truly beneficial and I think that they can meet any needs and satisfy any taste. My favorite one is filling these boxes with treats and decorating because they are perfectly suitable for such an application and it is truly easy. Also, from my point of view, the most not typical and original way of applying these boxes is making a banner because it is also simple but not trivial and it will create the visual pleasing.
