Sneak Peek Curvy Corner Trio Punch

22 Aug

I have been longing for a decorative corner punch to add to my collection of Stampin’ Up! tools which I love so much. They heard my call and we have an awesome new punch – the Curvy Corner Trio Punch – headed our way September 1!

Want to see it now? Here is a quick video to show you how it works.

Isn’t that cool? I know I am going to use this a ton on my scrapbook pages, and plenty on my cards and other projects as well. My favorite part is that you can make tags and labels in any shape and any size you choose. No more searching through your collection of tools trying to find something…anything that will cut out a particular greeting or image. The Curvy Corner Trio Punch will do the trick!

In case you didn’t watch the video, keep these tips in mind. First, always press down in the center of the punch regardless of which side of the punch you are using.  Second, after you punch the first corner, flip your paper over to punch the next corner. Repeat by flipping the paper each time you punch to guarantee that the design will be symmetrical when you finish.

Here are a couple of tags I made using basic cardstock.

The tags below I made by stamping greetings from the Big News stamp set onto cards from the Project Life Moments Like These Card Collection.
