Happy day two of Sale-a-bration 2016! I love the awesome offers available right now…it’s so exciting! Until today, I hadn’t tested out any of the new Valentine’s Day products, so it was time to break out the Bloomin’ Love and Love Blossoms products! Happy Valentine’s Day a bit early!
I made this card for this week’s Mojo Monday challenge. Here is the card sketch I used for my inspiration.
When I first looked at the sketch, I thought that the Bloomin’ Love heart die would be perfect in place of the circle in the sketch above, and that is why I decided to make a Valentine’s Day Card.
I used the Love Blossoms designer series paper stack and the new Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper. I love how the colors coordinate! For the big heart, I used the Bloomin’ Love die to cut one out of the Love Blossoms paper, one out of rose red cardstock and one out of garden green. I layered them on top of each other to add depth.
The ‘I Thank My Lucky Stars For You’ stamp came from the Going Global stamp set. Doesn’t it look cute with that little ribbon from the Love Blossoms embellishment pack?
