10 Simple Birthday Cards & Simple Techniques
For each card below, I’ll share the name of the stamp set I used to create it and also the technique you can use to create your own simple card designs.
1. Paradise Palms Card
Simple Technique To Try – Use subtle designer paper and stamp over the top with black ink to create silhouettes.
2. Catch You Later Card
Simple Technique To Try – Stamp a greeting and image with black ink and color the image with water painters or Blends alcohol markers.
3. Turtle Friends Card
Simple Technique To Try – Create a simple background using a shape stamped repeatedly, and add a punched shape on top.
4. Calming Camellia Card
Simple Technique To Try – Stamp large, floral images repeatedly and add a small greeting.

5. Blessings Of Home Card
Simple Technique To Try – Stamp a large flower outline and fill in color with sponge daubers or blending brushes.
6. Cactus Cuties Card
Simple Technique To Try – Create an all white card, and pop out the focal point onto a smaller piece of white.
7. Amazing Silhouettes & Slim Sayings Card
Simple Technique To Try – Use a large stamp repeatedly in a muted color of ink. Add a bold greeting over top.
8. Let’s Set Sail Card
Simple Technique To Try – Create the focal point on a small piece of cardstock. Continue the ‘scene’ on the card base in the background. Attach the focal point over top.
9. Your Biggest Fan Card
Simple Technique To Try – Use a large piece of designer paper with a greeting tag attached over top.
10. Wildlife Wonder Card
Simple Technique To Try – Use repeated monochromatic stamping to create a background or element of interest.
