I lied to you a few days ago. I said I was only going to be featuring products from our new Occasions Catalog for a while. Here I am proving myself wrong. Here is why…I have a big weekend retreat coming up next weekend and I needed some nice wintery place cards for my guests. Since all of our winter products were in the Annual and Holiday Catalogs, I’m not featuring new products today. So sorry…I hope you like these snowman place cards though!
When I started working on these, I was glancing through my products to see what I had with a winter theme. As soon as I saw the Snow Place stamp set, I knew I had to use it. These adorable snowmen and penguins just make me happy when I see them. Hopefully I will share that feeling with my guests when they arrive next weekend and see these sitting on their tables.
I have 65 people attending the retreat, so I had 65 of these to make. They actually went pretty fast considering that there were a few different steps to put them together.
Which design do you like better? The penguin and small snowman or the two snowmen friends? I think my favorite is the one below. I have to mention that I love the color combo I used below as well – Mint Macaron and Blackberry Bliss. It’s not the first time I’ve used these colors together and it probably won’t be the last.
