OSAT Blog Hoppers No Rules New Year – Valentine’s Day Card and Treat Box

14 Jan

I’m so excited to be joining in with the One Stamp at a Time No Rules New Year Blog Hop! If you’ve already been hopping along, then you probably arrived from Renee’s blog. Thanks for hopping along with us – we have some great projects in store for you!

OSAT Blog Hop

I decided to go with a Valentine’s theme for my projects. I wanted to make a treat box using Stampin’ Up’s new Pyramid Pals thinlits, and I got the idea to use a Cupid’s arrow on the box. Here is what I came up with. What do you think?

Valentine's Day Card and Treat Box

I used the Love Blossoms designer paper pack, the Going Global and Enjoy the Little Things stamp sets, and the Love Blossoms embellishment kit to make my card. I think that little stamped heart border at the bottom is so cute. The stamp I used to create it is from the Enjoy the Little Things set.

Here is the treat box that I made using the Pyramid Pals thinlits. I made the Cupid’s arrow using a skewer from my kitchen, the Chevron Border punch and the heart from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack. The greeting I used here came from the same set as the greeting on the card – Going Global.
