One Minute Christmas Cards!

Hi friends…are you in the mood for some really simple card ideas? I decided to create some cards that you can make…literally…in about a minute. I have several ideas to share, plus ideas for how to step up each one of them in a simple way to make them a little more detailed. Let’s take a look at these one minute Christmas cards!

One Minute Christmas Card Ideas

Here are four design ideas for super quick cards. 

Block Stamping

To do this technique, ink a block, then spritz it with water and stamp onto your card front. I repeated this two more times for the card below. Let this dry, then stamp on top to decorate. 

How To Step It Up: Trim the corners with snips. 

Background Stamping

I did this technique by attaching multiple stamps to a stamp positioner, and then I was able to stamp them all at once for really fun cards. Aren’t these stamps cute?

How To Step It Up: Use a spritzer to add a fun element.

Circle Punches

Try this technique by taking your card front, punching out 3 circles, then stamping through them onto the card base. This makes a fun and interesting design.

How To Step It Up: Add color with a blending brush. 

One Big Stamp

Background stamps are great for quick cards. Here are two examples. 

How To Step It Up: Use an ink pad, held upside down, to drag ink across the edges. 

How To Step It Up: Add splatters with a water painter.
