Crockpot Chicken Noodles

13 Apr

I love to cook. I knew when I started my blog, that I couldn’t just post things about stamping. I mean, I love stamping a lot, but I love other things too. If I can share things that will help you in other areas of your life, then of course I want to do that!

Now I do love to cook, but my favorite cooking is quick, easy and makes great tasting food. This is one of those recipes. I made this for the first time for one of my scrapbooking retreats when I feed all of my guests. This past weekend I made it again for my Sassy Stampers team retreat. Both times I had lots of requests for the recipe. Here it is!

I found the original recipe here.

Crockpot Chicken Noodles

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth (or I used bullion granules and water)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 12 oz. dried Amish style noodles
  • Frozen carrots optional

Place chicken, soup, broth and butter into crockpot. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot, shred, and return to pot. Add noodles and carrots if desired. Cook 2 more hours on low.

MMMMM. So good. Enjoy!

Sharing is caring!
