We are just a few weeks away from September 1, and according to me, that’s when fall begins! That’s when I let myself get out my fall decorations which I love so much. Fall is definitely approaching, and so is the release of the new Stampin Up! Holiday Catalog! I have another sneak peek from the new catalog to share with you today, and this time it’s a fall card! I used the Stampin Up Harvest Hellos stamp set on this card. Take a look!
What a cute pumpkin this is! The Harvest Hellos stamp set includes both pumpkin and apple stamps, and then the Apple Builder Punch punches them out. I love this! The pumpkins are great for fall of course, but the apples are great for all sorts of cards! Fall, kids, teachers, or just cheery all-occasion cards.
The designer papers on this card are from the Come to Gather designer paper pack. It’s perfect for rustic fall cards!
Would you like to know how I created the shaded effect on the pumpkin? After I stamped it with Cajun Craze ink, I used an aqua painter watercoloring tool to add additional ink near the grooves of the pumpkin. I love how it turned out!
