I haven’t been this excited in days. Maybe weeks. Actually probably months. I got my pre-order box filled with holiday catalog goodies today! I have a busy week ahead and won’t have much time for stamping, but I’m really looking forward to this weekend when I’ll have a chance to sit down and start playing! Rest assured, you will see sample projects as soon as I start making them. You can begin ordering holiday items beginning September 1, which is just 9 days away! Can you believe the holidays are approaching already? Don’t hyperventilate just yet, we still have some time to prepare. For today I have a card to share that I made with one of the sweetest stamp sets in our current annual catalog – Sitting Here. Isn’t this just precious?
People seem to fall in love with this porch swing stamp as soon as they see it. That means the odds are good that anyone receiving a card from you made with this stamp will also fall in love with it immediately.
The background paper came from the Affectionately Yours designer series paper pack. I placed a piece of vellum over it to tone down the bold design.
I think I’ll pull up a pillow beside the kitty cat and sit a while. Will you join me?
