I have a quick and easy Christmas card to share today. This card features our Peaceful Pines stamp set and framelits bundle as well as the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum.
I placed a strip of the designer vellum along the left side of the card, then I die cut the tree out of the front. I stamped the snowflakes from the Snow Place stamp set using Versamark ink and embossed them with silver embossing powder.
To get the placement right for the die cut and the stamped image behind it, I first die cut the tree from the front of the card. Next, I used a pencil to lightly draw marks on the inside of the card where the tree was cut out. Then I opened the card and used the pencil marks to guide where I stamped the tree image.
