Stampin Up All Together – Blends Marker Techniques & 6 Card Samples

8 Feb

Today is a fun day, because I get to share some brand new products with you! The Stampin Up All Together collection was just released last week, and today I want to highlight the pieces and parts of this collection. It’s a beautiful group of products for highlighting togetherness and humanity. Let’s take a look at it!

Take a look at the Stampin Up All Together collection and new skin tone Blends alcohol markers. See 6 ways to color on designer paper and 6 different card samples.

Stampin Up All Together Collection

Below you can see the items included in the Stampin Up All Together Collection. It includes the Here Together stamp set, Here For You dies, All Together designer paper, and Natural Tones Stampin Blends alcohol markers.

This collection will be available through May 2, or while supplies last. When the dies sell out, they’re gone for good. Other products should be available through May 2.

We’ll look at each product a little closer in the next few sections.

Here Together Bundle

The stamp and die bundle includes two different images of hands as well as some beautiful sentiments. Aren’t the large die cut sentiments neat? One of them says ‘You Matter’ and the other says ‘Here For You.’

All Together Designer Paper

The All Together paper pack includes an assortment of black and white prints. A few prints include images of hands, while most are basic textures and designs. Black and white papers are some of my favorites and they can be used for so many projects. They also open up a ton of creative options if you add color to the white areas. I’ll share more ideas about this below.

Natural Tones Blends Alcohol Markers

I’m really excited about these new Natural Tones Blends markers. They come as 5 sets of two markers, or right now you can get the full set as a bundle. From dark to light, the sets are called Deep, Medium Deep, Medium, Medium Light, and Light tones.

These markers are available as one collection or five separate sets of two markers through May 2. After that, they’ll only be available as individual sets of two.

In today’s video, I showed which markers come in each set. For more information about Blends Markers and how to use and care for them, use this link.

To see all of the cards, projects, and techniques mentioned today, watch along with the video I created.

Now I’ll highlight some of my ideas for using the beautiful Stampin Up All Together collection.

6 Ways To Color Designer Paper

I really enjoy coloring paper prints with the Blends Alcohol Markers. With the release of the new Natural Tones Blends, I wanted to use them to color on some of these paper prints. Below you can see how I used them on 6 of the prints.

They’re so pretty in person, but it’s hard to appreciate in these photos. Next I want to share some card ideas with you!

6 Stampin Up All Together Card Samples

Let’s take a look at the card samples I created. The first one features one of my blended paper prints as well as a tag created with the Essential Tag Punch.

The next one uses another colored piece of the All Together designer paper, and my favorite sentiment stamp from this set, ‘You Matter To Me.’

The next card uses a few pieces of the designer paper, which I used as-is without coloring them, a piece of vellum, and that big, beautiful die cut.

For the fourth card, I used the Brick & Mortar embossing folder for the background. I stamped the image of the hands, die cut it out with my Cut & Emboss Machine, and added the die cut sentiment.

Isn’t the leaf print on this next card just beautiful? I added a tiny strip of gold foil paper and a tag made with the Treasured Tags Pick A Punch. It’s so simple, but so pretty.

For my last card sample, I used one of the designer paper prints I had colored and punched out three hearts from it using the Hearts Punch Pack. I used a few strips of the designer paper underneath and placed the hearts on top. Then I colored a few rhinestones with my Old Olive Blends markers so they would coordinate perfectly!

6 Ways To Add Color To Black and White Designer Paper

I mentioned earlier that I have previously shared about several different ways to add color to black and white paper prints. You can get these ideas and watch along with the video I created here.

Have you ever thought to add color to your designer papers? Take a look at these 6 ways to color and customize your patterned prints!

2 More Things!

Before I go, I want to mention a bit about embellishments. When I was ready to embellish my card samples, I was stuck for a second on what type of embellishments to use that would coordinate with the Natural Tones Blends. I decided that neutrals and metallics would work well, so these are three ideas for you – Brushed Metallic Adhesive Back Dots, Brushed Brass Butterflies, and Pebbles Enamel Shapes.

One more thing I’ll get in trouble if I forget to share! Here is my daughter’s cute project that she made with the new designer paper and our Blends Markers. She’ll tell you about it if you watch along with the video 🙂
