Use The Stampin Up Pretty Pillow Box Dies To Make Adorable Gift Boxes!

10 Jul

Welcome back to Christmas in July! Today is my last day of this series, and I have a really great project to share with you. Today’s project is a 3D treat holder made from the Stampin Up Pretty Pillow Box dies and it is so…stinking…cute. This little gift box is great for storing treats and gifts of all kinds — it makes the perfect stocking stuffer too! Let’s take a look.

Here’s a picture of the Pretty Pillow Box die set. It comes with everything needed to makes these adorable treat holders. The best part is that it includes the score lines to make it easy to fold when assembling the boxes.

Next, let’s take a look at the video.

Check out the video I made for this project. Please watch along as I made this cute treat box.

How to Make a Stampin Up Pillow Box

I used Cherry Cobbler cardstock for the base of the pillow box. Then, I ran it through my Cut & Emboss machine with the Brick & Mortar embossing folder. Some other products I used on this treat box are the Gingerbread & Peppermint designer series paper as well as the Poinsettia Petals stamp set. For complete instructions on how to make this pillow box treat holder, check out my video here.

The pillow box is awesome!!! Our card ministry will definitely be making them. Depending on how you are using them you could put a flat mint in with a prayer card, you could put in holiday colored M&Ms, not sure if a lip balm would fit. Or personalize it to the person getting it what they would like. So many choices! Thank you. You can make one with Happy Pills in (jelly beans) with a note. one color is for this next color for that etc. could go on and on but….
