If I haven’t already mentioned it, I am so very excited to have a brand new offering of products to play with for the next 12 months. How are you liking the new Stampin Up Catalog? I personally am loving it. I only wish I could stamp all day long to get my hands on more of these products sooner! For today, I want to share a set of cards that I made recently to highlight our Flowers For Every Season and Forever Gold designer paper packs. Aren’t these beautiful?
When you pair delicately cut gold overlays with beautiful floral print papers, the result is true beauty. The best part is, these were very simple to create!
The Flowers For Every Season paper pack includes the floral prints I used for the background of these cards. When I began exploring the prints in the set, I was delighted to find a print with poinsettias and one with evergreen boughs. I paired them with a gold wreath and a basic overlay from the Forever Gold designer paper to turn them into these lovely Christmas cards. Notice the overlay on the card on the left isn’t gold? That’s because I flipped it upside down and used the back side.
This lovely below might be my favorite card in the bunch. This is our new Misty Moonlight color. Like it?
Here is one with that amazing fern die cut.
Can this one be my favorite too?? So pretty, yet simple.
I should mention that I used the Tasteful Touches stamp set for the greetings. To cut out the greetings, I used a 1 3/4″ circle die, as well as the Story Label and Label Me Lovely punches.
